Terms & Conditions for Turkey Visa

All the terms and conditions stated on TurkeyVisa.ae are legally binding and should be considered as such. Clients who submit their Turkey visa application agree to access our website and choose a visa package as per the following terms and conditions. They also act as an agreement between the client and us, i.e. TurkeyVisa.ae. Therefore, it is extremely important for you, i.e. the client or customer to read the terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them completely, before you sign up for our Turkey visa services.

Scope and Procedures

We consider all information provided by you during online bookings like your name, address, email id, and credit card details private. We will not disclose or sell this information to anyone except for third parties or some suppliers whose involvement is essential to successfully process your order. Please rest assured that before disclosing your information, we ensure that these third parties adhere to our privacy policy and follow all the safety measures.

Turkeyvisa.ae cannot be held responsible if the client incurs any financial loss due to the above reasons (not limited to these). Turkey visa application rules specify that you need to book your flight tickets beforehand. We can book your flight tickets if you request the same beforehand. You also need to check if you need a transit visa in case you have to visit another country before landing in Turkey. The transit visa policies are different for each country. It is the responsibility of the client to find out details about the transit visa.

Documentation

It is the responsibility of clients to ensure that all their documents are in order before they travel to Turkey. It is important to make sure that your passport has a minimum validity of 6 months from the date you are planning to return from Turkey.

All the documents should be sent to us within the time limit, so that the visa application can be processed quickly. When you send us your documents, you also agree to the fact that we shall return your documents to you only when the visa issuing authority completes all the visa procedures.

We shall fix an appointment for visa interview and submission on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, if there are any problems in the documentation, this could be delayed.

We guarantee to return all your documents including passport, travel insurance, appointment letter, flight voucher, hotel voucher, etc. once all the procedures are complete. Once you receive them, you need to acknowledge the receipt of the same via email on the same day. In case you need to make any changes but do not send the mail on the same day, no further changes would be made. Moreover, you must pay an additional amount for any extra changes.

You must also inform us about changes in your travel plan or of any additional requirement beforehand. We are not liable for any problems caused by this.

Fee and Payment Method

Our Turkey visa processing fee includes our visa service charges along with the fee specified by the visa issuing authority. The visa fee and the application requisites can change without any prior notice. You can make the payment through credit card, debit card, and online bank transfer. It is important to choose a mode that ensures that the billing and processing is done on an immediate basis.

Processing Time

www.turkeyvisa.ae mentions 4-7 working days as the Turkey visa processing time. This time period is just an estimate based on years of experience working with the Turkey visa issuing authority. Your Turkey visa process begins the day after you submit your visa application to use. The immigration office is open from Sunday to Thursday. In short, the visa processing does not happen on Friday and Saturday as well as on public holidays. Apart from this, the Turkish embassy may also be closed without any prior notice. In other words, TurkeyVisa.ae cannot be held responsible for the delayed approval of your Turkey visa due to any of these reasons.

Approval and Rejection of Visas

www.turkeyvisa.ae only takes the responsibility of submitting your visa application along with all the supporting documents on time. We are not responsible for the rejection or approval of the visa in any way. The evaluation and processing of the visa are done by the Turkish embassy or consulate. It is solely the discretion of the Turkey visa issuing authority. We do not have the legal right to approve or reject your Turkey visa application.

Policies on Cancellation and Refund

Once your visa application is submitted at the consulate, no refund shall be made even if your visa is rejected. However, you are likely to get a refund if you cancel the service before the visa application is submitted to the Turkey embassy or consulate. In such a case, you are likely to get a partial refund, which is not more than 50% of the total fee. You shall still be charged with service, banking, and administration charges.

In case the Turkey embassy or consulate changes visa policies after you have submitted your visa application, www.turkeyvisa.ae will not be responsible for any loss nor would we provide you any refund.

If you want to cancel your visa application, you can log into your account on TurkeyVisa.ae and opt for cancel or delete option. If you have paid your visa fee via credit card a month ago, we shall refund the amount. On the other hand, we shall offer it to you as a service credit, which you can use to apply for another visa however made through TurkeyVisa.ae only.

All the details about the visa packages, including prices and requisites are likely to change without prior notice. Hence, we insist that you must check our website regularly to read our updated terms and conditions.

Use of Intellectual Property

All content that you would find on this website, including the text, images, etc. are the possessions of www.turkeyvisa.ae and come under copyright laws. Therefore, we can restrict you from assessing any or all parts of the website at any given time, without providing notification in advance.

Indemnify

When you choose our visa services, you also agree to indemnify in case of losses, expense, or damage caused due to the following reasons:

Fraudulent act conducted by the clients or their employees or representatives.
Infringement of our terms and conditions.
Action, claim, or proceeding on TurkeyVisa.ae by a third party due to the client’s misrepresentation or breach.
